  • How do we book you?
  • The two steps for booking. Send a message with your date to check availability, if your date is available and you would like to go ahead with your booking, a deposit of £100 secures your date.
  • How do I pay the deposit?
  • You can pay via bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
  • How many DVDs do we receive?
  • 5 DVDs or a Blu Ray combination.
  • Can we buy extra DVDs?
  • Yes, DVDs are £10 extra and Blu rays are £20
  • What time do you start/finish?
  • My start time will vary depending on the package choice and time of your wedding. I have no set finish time. Every video is different therefore I may be required to stay later in order to finish getting the shots needed. There are no additional charges.
  • Do we provide you with food?
  • You are not required to provide food, however should you wish to provide food that is very kind.
  • Do you have insurance?
  • Yes, purchased from Shamrocks business insurance. Business & public liability
  • Do we pick the songs for the video?
  • Yes, it is encouraged that you pick the songs so that the video is personal to you.
  • When is the final payment due?
  • The final payment is due any time from our pre wedding meeting up until the day of the wedding. DVDs are not sent until final payment has been received.
  • When is the pre wedding meeting?
  • This will be 4-6 weeks before the wedding, and we will discuss the final details of the day at this meeting
  • When will we receive the final DVDs?
  • You will be sent the first copy of your DVD roughly 4-6 weeks after your wedding for your approval. Peak times may vary.
